If any part of the valet isn't right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and put it right, free of charge.
What we need from you
The car needs to be somewhere we can legally work on it: a driveway, a residents' bay you have a permit for, or a car park where the owner allows it. We need about a metre of room around the car to open the doors.
The van carries its own water tank and a quiet generator, so we don't need your tap or a socket. We do need to park the van within about 30 metres of the car.
Leave us the keys or be nearby. Please take personal things out of the cabin and boot, so we can clean everywhere.
Paint correction and ceramic coating need a garage or covered car park, because the paint has to stay dry. We'll check this with you first.
How it works
Use the booking form: your postcode, car size, the service and a day that suits you.
We reply with a time and the starting price for your car. Nothing is booked until we've confirmed.
We note any existing marks with you, then get on with it. You don't need to stay with the car.
Have a look before we leave. You pay afterwards, by card or bank transfer.

The small print
You can move or cancel for free up to 24 hours before. With less notice, or if we can't get to the car, we may charge £20 to cover the slot.
Light rain is fine for most work. If heavy rain, strong wind or frost is forecast, we'll offer you another day at no charge.
Prices on this page are starting prices. We confirm the price when we see the car and before we start. You pay when the job is finished, by card or bank transfer.
Before we start, we walk round the car with you (or take photos if you're not there) and note any existing scratches, dents or chips. A valet won't remove deep scratches.
