Q&A

How long will it take to create the website? +

Using the impressive building skills of AI the structure of a new website can be completed in as little as an hour! If you want to try different layouts or add new pages or a different colour scheme, it can take longer.

Can I take the website with me if I leave? +

If you decide to discontinue the monthly subscription your files can be available for purchase for a one off payment. This will be calculated fairly on the time and effort taken to develop the webpages.

What does the monthly subscription include? +

For £14.99 a month you get a fully custom-designed website, an AI chat assistant trained on your business, managed hosting with SSL security, a branded email address, and ongoing maintenance — updates to text, photos, opening hours, etc.

Do I need to buy a domain? +

Ideally yes — if something were to change and you wanted to take your website somewhere else, you would need to own your .com or .co.uk address. If you would like help buying a domain, we can assist you the whole way.

What happens if I need to change something on my site? +

Small and occasional changes are included with your subscription. Large changes such as redesigning the page or adding new sections or features will be subject to a fee for our time.

Will I appear in Google search? +

We will use every tool available to boost your visibility score. Search engine visibility takes many things into account — for example, if you have had your .com or .co.uk name for longer, this counts towards your score. Please ask if you would like to know more about your search engine score.
